He previously served as a Superintendent for Lennar Homes, one of the world's largest home builders, Kenneth brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to every project. His extensive background includes working as a rebar detailer and holding multiple licenses in concrete placement and finishing, plastering, stucco, and pool construction. With a reputation for precision, quality, and dedication, Kenneth continues to play a pivotal role in shaping high-quality residential and commercial communities.

Project ManagerJohn is a seasoned construction professional with over 40 years of hands-on experience in the industry. He previously served as a Superintendent for several premier builders. His extensive background includes working as a framer, concrete laborer and foreman.
